Tea Time Club
How Tea Time Club will look from September 2023......
From September our staff will supervise snack time and changing time for children between 3.30pm and 4pm, then at 4pm Rochdale Football Club or Your Trust run sessions each evening from 4pm until 5pm. Afterschool Club sessions will run for 1.5 hours after school each day, at a cost of £5 per session. This will be trialled during the Autumn Term.
For the clubs to be sustainable, we need to insist that you pre-book your child’s place and payment is made at the time of booking using school money. If payment has not been made then we have the right to offer this place to another child and we will ask that your child is collected from school at 3.30pm. No refunds will be made if your child does not attend. If you are a parent that works shifts then it would be advisable to book and pay for the same nights each week as we won’t be able to guarantee a space on different days each week.
If your child is eligible for free school meals (income related, not universal free school meals) then we may be able to offer you a funded place. Please speak to the office to discuss this further.
To book your child’s place, please complete the booking form below and return to the school office. Payment will need to be made on School Money. Please let the office know if you need a log in for this. We will work on a first come first served basis, so to ensure you receive a place then please return it at your earliest convenience.
