Our Vision Statement
All things are possible for those who believe" (Mark 9.23)
With love and respect to God, to others and to ourselves, our values bring clarity in our everyday actions, our curriculum, and our lives.
Learning together we grow in faith, love, respect, resilience, aspirations, trust and honesty.
These values bond together our faith with our intent to provide a holistic approach to education for every child in our school.
Our Motto and Values

During our recent review of our vision statement the children, parents and staff identified the values that they felt were the most important for pupils to develop over their time at Little Heaton CE Primary.
These will underpin our curriciulum and daily life at Little Heaton alongside being explored and rooted in biblical teaching through our daily acts of worship and prayer.
Love
Let all that you do be done in love.

Respect

Our school logo
Our new school logo was designed by staff, pupils, parents and governors during 2019.
Shield: Brave and bold learners - This links back to the Christian Faith and a historic image of a shield being a symbol of protection.
Lion: Courageous advocates, Courageous learners.
Cotton flower: Links to a symbol from the Middleton Crest.
Our historic link to the textile family, the Schwabes, who founded our school in the late 1800's for the children of the
cotton mill workers in Rhodes and Middleton.
Holy Trinity: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
Heart Hands: Friendship, love, respect
Christian Cross: For our faith in God and uniqueness as a Church school.
