Welcome to the Year 6 page. I am Mrs Shires, your child’s class teacher and this year the Year 6 team will include myself and Mrs Crawford. Mrs O'Boyle and Mrs Monks, our Teaching Assistants, along with Miss Beard and Mrs McQuaid.

This year is obviously a very important one for your child (and you) as we prepare them for the next big step in their education. There will be lots of hard work going into preparing for the SAT’s tests alongside many other exciting events such as Bikeability, the Leaver’s Service at Manchester Cathedral and our end of year trip and party.

We hope this final year in primary school will be a productive and enjoyable one for all!
